 Rest easy using our safe shipping box
Once we process your online order, you will receive a safe shipping box (we call it Pixabox) within 2-4 working days. The Pixabox contains padding, anti-static, puncture- and moisture-resistant bags, plus plenty of packing peanuts to keep your precious footage safe. Place your video material (tapes, DVDs, SD cards or whatever else you have stored your videos on) into the Pixabox and you're ready to ship.
 Schedule a pickup
Once your videos are safely packed, schedule a pick-up with UPS at your convenience. If you are lucky, you will get to meet Mike. He's our favorite UPS guy. Now, all you have to do is sit and wait. Better still, get out your camcorder and make more home videos while we get down to work.  Track your progress
We make frequent updates regarding the status of your production at every point along the way. You will receive an email, for example, with your UPS tracking number. You will receive confirmation when we sign for your original footage. We will even send an update regarding the editing and approval. We promise not to slack, ever.  Bring it on home
Once your edited movie is created we will deliver your custom designed DVDs, along with all your original material, right to your door via UPS.
