Pixability is extremely proud to support the LGBTQIA+ community during Pride Month – and every month. As we do on an annual basis, we are inviting our employees to participate in the Steps to Stonewall Challenge.

Pixability’s Culture Committee developed the Steps to Stonewall Challenge to remember and honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan. The uprising occurred on June 28th, 1969 at the Stonewall Inn and served as a catalyst to the Gay Rights Movement across the globe.

To commemorate the event, Pixability educates its employees about the Stonewall Uprising and invites team members to walk, jog, or run their way to a company-wide step goal of 500,000 steps. The employee who records the most steps within our challenge dates will receive a prize and recognition throughout our organization.

We have provided suggestions to our participants including podcast playlists such as NPR’s The Sound of Pride: Stonewall at 50, YouTube videos about the history of Pride Month, and Pride related music playlists on Spotify to listen and learn while they participate.
